Hiring Process

Advancial accepts resumes for vacant positions exclusively through our Careers site. 

  • View current opportunities to see what positions are available.
  • Start the application process. Express an interest in open positions by attaching your resume or by creating your resume online.
  • Your resume will be reviewed. Depending on your qualifications, you may be invited to complete the full application. In some cases, questionnaires or assessments are also required.
  • If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to arrange an interview time.
  • Arrive for your interview.
  • Prior to an offer of employment, a background check and credit check will be conducted. It is a requirement of Advancial Federal Credit Union that our employees have credit that is current and in good standing, with no collections, repossessions or charged off accounts.
  • After an offer of employment is made, the Social Security number will be verified through the E-Verify program.
