We recently rolled out improvements to balance transfers, enrollments and international wire transfers through the Advancial mobile app.
Eligible members can now submit a balance transfer through the mobile app. This option is located in the Card Maintenance menu.
You can now enroll, unenroll and manage your enrollments for Bill Payer, Remote Deposit, Save Up and other services.
International Wire Transfers
A new eSign feature has replaced oral disclosures to reduce the amount of time you spend processing your wire transfer. You’ll need to enroll in eSign under Paperless Settings in cuAnywhere Online Banking before you can begin using this feature in the app. After that, you can proceed with your transfer as usual.
