During these uncertain times, we understand the worry our members may be feeling - especially as it relates to your accounts.  At Advancial, we’re here to help and have options to help you with your financial challenges.

The following options can help provide some relief:

Advancial Assistance Loan
Our Advancial Assistance Loan is a low-rate personal loan that can be used to supplement income loss, pay bills or ease other budgeting concerns.
  • Loan amounts up to $20,000
  • Repayment terms up to 84 months
  • 90 day first payment deferment
  • Same day approvals and funding
​Skip-A-Payment
Advancial Assistance Skip-A-Payment allows you to defer your loan payment for up to two months and is available on eligible vehicle, credit card and personal loans without a processing fee.  Your request must be received prior to the loan payment due date for the month(s) you wish to skip.

To request a Skip-A-Payment, login to Online Banking, select Manage > Advancial Assistance and follow the simple steps.  You can also complete this form and return it to us by email, fax or mail.

The following loan types are not eligible to participate in the Advancial Assistance Skip-A-Payment program: vehicle lease, mortgage, home equity, home equity line of credit (HELOC), certificate secured and balloon option. See Loan Payment Relief Options further down on this page for contact information regarding these loan types.
 
Certificate Early Withdrawal
If you need to redeem an Advancial savings certificate prior to its maturity, we’ll waive any early withdrawal penalties.  You may redeem your certificate in full or a partial amount.

To request a Certificate Early Withdrawal, login to Online Banking, select Manage > Advancial Assistance and follow the simple steps.  You can also complete this form and return it to us by email, fax or mail.
