Economic Impact Payments

Members expecting an Economic Impact Payment are encouraged to regularly check your account through cuAnywhere® Online Banking or the Advancial App if you believe your payment will be direct deposited into your Advancial account. Your funds will be made available as soon as possible after we receive the payment. Advancial does not have information on when your specific payment will be made or the amount. You can use the IRS’s Get My Payment tool to check the status of your payment.
 

Protect Yourself from Fraud

Fraudsters commonly take advantage of public concerns and crisis situations to trick victims into revealing account information. These scams may occur via email, phone calls, social media updates, text messages, web pop-ups or by in-person contact. To confirm the legitimacy of any communication, contact the sender/caller via a trusted means of communication, such as a phone number you’ve obtained from the organization’s website.
 
If anyone contacts you purporting to be from Advancial and asks you for your personal information, please be diligent and do not share any account, social security, password or other personal identification details.
 
If you believe your account information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at 800.322.2709.
