What is a dispute?
A dispute occurs when a member questions the validity of a transaction on their credit or debit card. 
 
How do I dispute a transaction?
You can dispute a transaction and manage your disputes through cuAnywhere® online banking and the Advancial mobile app. This guide will walk you through how to dispute a transaction and then how to manage your dispute within online banking.

Disputing a Transaction

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Click on the Account Name of the checking account or credit card that has the unauthorized transaction
  3. Expand the transaction by clicking the green plus sign (+) to the left of the date
  4. Click Dispute
  5. Follow the instructions on the form

Managing Your Dispute(s)

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Select Manage > Disputes
  3. Click the dispute you want to manage
  4. Here you will see the status as well as have the ability to cancel your dispute or download a PDF with the dispute information
