Loan Payment Options- Online Banking

There are four ways to make loan payments with Advancial:
  1. Set up one-time or recurring payments through cuAnywhere® online banking
  2. Use the Make-A-Payment portal without logging in
  3. Mail your payment 
  4. Call our Member Service Center

Set up payments in cuAnywhere Online Banking

How to set up one-time and recurring payments:
  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Payments > Pay My Loan or Credit Card
  3. Enter your payment information
  4. Payment Frequency will allow you to choose whether you want to make a one-time payment or set up a monthly (recurring) payment
  5. Press Submit
You can manage your payment sources by selecting Manage, choose which type and then click the payment source you want to modify or delete.

How to make a one-time payment through the loan payment portal:
  1. Go to advancial.org
  2. Select the round Pay button on the home page
  3. Enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
  4. Select Continue
  5. Enter your payment details
