Wire Transfers- Mobile App

What is a wire transfer?
A wire transfer is an electronic payment transfer from one bank or credit union to another, either domesitcally or internationally.
 
Can I see incoming wires on the app?
Not yet but we are working on it! For now, any incoming wires will show up in your account under Transactions.
 
How do I submit a wire transfer?
You can submit a wire transfer through the Advancial mobile app, online banking, at your local branch or by calling our Member Service Center.

How to send a wire transfer

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Under Move Money > Transfers
  3. Select Send/Receive Wire
  4. Select Wire Transfer type (Domestic or International)
  5. Enter the information
  6. Press Submit

Managing your wire transfers

Steps 1-3 are pictured above
  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Under Move Money > Transfers
  3. Select Send/Receive Wire Transfer
  4. Select Pending Outgoing Wires to see a list of all pending wires
  5. Select History to see a list of past wire transfers
  6. If a wire transfer was denied, select the arrow for more details
