Never Share Your Personal Information

Scammers often impersonate trusted organizations to trick you into giving up your sensitive data. But here's the truth: Advancial will never call, email or text you asking for your PIN, password, account number or one-time passcodes. If someone does, it's a scam.

  • Call us at 800.322.2709 if you're unsure 
  • Report suspicious activity right away

Be suspicious of emails, phone calls, or texts that request the information below and contact Advancial directly immediately.

Remember Advancial already has ALL your information and full access to your accounts, so we don’t need that information from you. Advancial employees will never call, text, or email you asking for the following:
 
  • Social Security Number
  • PIN number
  • Debit or credit card number
  • Check/ATM card number
  • Username or password for home banking
  • Mail your credit or debit card to a branch to resolve a fraud claim
  • To transfer money out of your account to resolve an issue
