If you have a lost bank card or credit card or if either has been stolen:

  • Call our Member Service Center at 800.322.2709 or +1.214.880.0141 for calls dialed outside the U.S.
    • During non-business hours, select option three for Automated Teller Telephone Banking and then select option four to report your card lost or stolen
  • Log into cuAnywhere, select Manage and then Card Management - here you will find an option for Card Blocking
  • Log into the mobile app, go to the menu, select Card Maintenance and select Card Blocking

It is imperative that you contact us immediately as stolen credit card information is exploited quickly.
