At Advancial, we’re here to help and have options to assist you with your financial challenges if you have been directly impacted by the recent government shutdown. Whether you're a federal employee or a federal government contractor, the following options can help provide some relief. 

    Advancial Assistance Loan

    Our Advancial Assistance Loan is a low-rate personal loan that can be used to supplement income loss, pay bills, or ease other budgeting concerns.

    • Repayment terms up to 84 months
    • 90 day first payment deferment

    Skip-A-Payment

    Advancial Assistance Skip-A-Payment allows you to defer your loan payment for up to two months and is available on eligible vehicle, credit card and personal loans without a processing fee. Your request must be received prior to the loan payment due date for the month(s) you wish to skip.

    To request a Skip-A-Payment, log in to Online Banking, select Manage > Advancial Assistance and follow the simple steps. You can also complete this form and return it to us by email, fax, or mail.

    The following loan types are not eligible to participate in the Advancial Assistance Skip-A-Payment program: vehicle lease, mortgage, home equity, home equity line of credit (HELOC), certificate secured and balloon option.     While the recent government shutdown does not suspend your payment requirements, we are here to help and will work with you to review all of your options. Although we encourage you to continue your monthly payments according to your loan agreement, we understand that the recent government shutdown may put you in a difficult financial situation.
