Celebrate good times. Every January, we fly all of our employees to the same city for a weekend of fun activities, free food (and drink) and a companywide meeting where we announce Employee of the Year and celebrate other stellar employees. Celebrate Advancial brings our employees from all over the country together every year so that we can recognize our accomplishments, hang out with our coworkers and get motivated for the next year.
